We understand that every wedding is unique and we want to touch base with any requests and requirements our couples want for their wedding. We fit your needs and wants to your budget and make sure you get your dream wedding and the value for your money.

Our Month-of Coordination service is the closest to the usual βDay-of Coordinationβ what makes it special is that for our Month-of-Coordination we touch base with you in a consultation call in the middle of planning. Then, eight weeks out from your wedding date, we will come in and tie up any loose ends, manage your vendor team, and coordinate all of the details on the wedding day.

For your wedding, youβll have 1 head/overall coordinator, 1 turnover/accounts lead, 1 bride manager, 1 groom manager, 1 church lead, 1 reception assistant, and 2-3 assistants for the ceremony, and reception. And depending on how many assistants are required to producea successful wedding event.

We do not accept double booking this is because the chief planner personally spearheads the direction and coordination of your wedding day. We value your trust and confidence in having us with you on your very special day!

We arrive 4-5 hrs. before the ceremony. Our on-the-day service covers 10-14 hrs. (4-5 hrs. prep, 2 hrs. ceremony + picture taking, 1-2 hrs. postnup/cocktails/retouchers, 3 hrs. reception, 1 hr. turnover).

On the day we only ask the client to cover the meal accommodation for the coordinating team. Other incidentals such as additional guests from the original arrangements shall be charged accordingly.

On the wedding day, our coordinating team is fully equipped with 2-way radio complete with a headset & mic. mobile phones are also
available for communicating with suppliers and entourage.

We have a team member in charge of disbursements of cash accounts payable to suppliers and other accountabilities.
